The hotel is located in a very crowded area among bylanes, which might not suit everyone, but it is excellent for sightseeing and exploring Pune. The rooms were comfortable but had issues with noise leakage and mosquitoes. The service was hit or miss, with a helpful attitude overall, but lacking customer orientation. The dining experience needs improvement in variety. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel is perfect for a short stay.
